Upload size restricted to 1MBAsked by Preston Keller on October 08, 2013 at 06:13 PM
I'm using a jotform to allow others to send files directly to my dropbox. It is working perfectly except that the uploader only seems to let people upload 1 file at a time and the max size is limited to 1MB. On this page (where I heard of you from) it says you can do multiple files and uploads could go up to 50MB. How do I get it to do this? Thanks!
You can modify the upload size allowed to your users by going to the following section of the Form Editor:
First select the File Upload field, so that the corresponding options appear on the top toolbar of the Form Editor.
Then proceed to edit the allowed size, when you are done click ok.
If you need further assistance, do let us know. Thank you.
In addition to my colleague, to accept multiple files, simply click the "Allow Multiple" toggle button. It's on the same options found on the screen provided by my colleague.
