Automatic Renewal Turn-off

I am part of a University program using JotForms. Through the University system we are restricted from having automatic renewals for subscriptions and although we will most likely renew, we will need to do so yearly. How can I turn off automatic subscription renewal for JotForms and continue to use our subscription which is good through November 2021?

Hello Chris!

In order to stop the auto-renew please go to the billing section here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

Then select downgrade under the free plan, then the system will return the account to the free plan on November 2021.
