I apologize for any inconvenience but this is a known bug with conditions and headings. I have submittied report ticket for this issue to notify our developers about the existence of this bug. We will update you on any progress regarding this matter.
In the meantime, you may try replacing Headings with a Free Text (HTML) field instead. It can be found under the Power Tools section.
It is possible to customize the content of the Free Text field to mimic the appearance of a Heading.
