Hello,
My appointment calendars are not showing gray when booked on some of my forms. One form was grayed out for awhile and then went back to showing active. So far, it hasn't caused any double booking, but I have some frustrated customers who are not able to see availability, but having to complete the process over and again just to be denied at the end of the process because it's already booked.
Here are the forms with the issue:

One other anomaly was that there was a moment when the calendar I was looking at was grayed out. When I went to look again, all showed as available.
We just upgraded our account, and are really wanting this to work for our needs. Please advise as soon as possible, whether we missed a setting or if we are actually unable to use this system the way we need to.

Hi there,
I opened those forms and couldn't replicate the issue on my end.
You can clear out your form cache and browser cache then try again.
If it still persists, please provide us screenshots.

I cleared my cache, but the same issue is present. I'm not sure what you mean by saying you couldn't replicate the issue. The issue is that 90% are already booked, but they're not greying out and preventing a selection. They're allowing a selection. For example, December 25 is sold out. Can you still select it?

I cloned the forms and set the appointment type to "group" so that have control over how many people can participate in an appointment. i.e. I set it to 1.
After that, I made reservations for December 25, 5:15 AM and 8:15 AM, and upon opening the form again, the time slots for December 25 were grayed out.
If this is what you're trying to achieve, please give it a try and set the Maximum Attendee Per Time Slot according to your needs.

I had high hopes! I changed the settings to your specifications...it still isn't graying out. I don't think I can clone the form without losing all the current reservation information, right? I may just have to ride out the current form and go from there. Thank you for trying to help.

I've checked this form https://form.jotform.com/203484175586060 and I can see that December 25 is still showing. However, when I checked your data, it doesn't show any December 25 reservation. Would you mind clarifying this?
I don't think I can clone the form without losing all the current reservation information, right? — Yes, you won't be able to clone the reservation of the form you are trying to copy.

I am sorry for the trouble cased to you but there seems to be some confusion here. I did check your form and fond that you have configured it one to one appointment type. You have also set the maximum appointments per day as "3" but you have only two time slots for appointment and 3 time slots for weekends.
Since you have one to one appointment type, I would suggest you to please remove 3 from the "Maximum Appointments Per Day" setting in the appointment field and that will solve your problem. It will automatically grey out when an appointment for that time slot is received but after making changes, you need to clear form cache. Please check the screenshot below:
