Group Reservation by date and estimated attendacne.

I'm looking to create a form that asks groups to select from a date picker with specific dates, and enter estimated attendance and caps dates when full. For example - A group wants to bring 100 guests in June 1st and I have a max capacity of 800. Once enough groups have booked and the 800 is full, can this date no longer be an option? Can this functionality be integrated?

That's possible with the Appointment field. Once the date is selected and its maximum slot is reached, it can't be selected again.

Here's how to add a maximum attendee per time slot.

Time slots can only be configured in the Availability tab.

It works. But there is no way to put in a quantity. Like it doesn't take away from the total.

It is taken from the total. However, on the builder, it will still show 800 as it is the maximum amount you've put in. It does not auto-update when someone takes an available place.
