Switching from Yearly to Monthly

I would like to not have a yearly subscription and just pay monthly can I change this now even though I have already been charged the yearly fee?

Hello Kanisha - I assume that you are referring to the subscriptions for this account: Kanisha06. I can see that it's on a Bronze Yearly subscription. You can switch the subscription to monthly by logging in to the account then head over to the Billing Page.

And from there, select the Bronze > Upgrade to Monthly:

You will not be charged again, rather, we will credit the account with the remaining unused credits for your current Bronze Yearly subscription. The new monthly plan will be charged against the said remaining credits as well as the succeeding monthly renewals until the credits were fully exhausted.
