Hi
I have taken over this account as the previous person has left the company, I need to update the credit card details and want to make a payment for a year, however I cannot see a way of making this payment annually.. It only has an option for a monthly payment. can you tell me how to make an annual payment

Hello,
You may do so, by downgrading your forms first. Here is the Related Guide on downgrading: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free
You may then proceed to upgrade to the yearly plan.

Hi Gaetan,
Would you be able to confirm if by downgrading and then reapplying for a yearly subscription that this would not lose all of our existing jotforms and submissions?
I can see we have previously been able to pay yearly, however when the person who set this account up has left the company, we can only now pay monthly, even though it's the same user name? Can you confirm why this would be?

Hi Leane! I noticed that you've already upgraded your account to GOLD Yearly plan.
Regarding your questions, kindly note that there is no data loss while switching plane or when temporarily downgrading to the FREE plan.
A user paying Monthly can shift to Yearly anytime; there is no restriction on this.
