Sorry, but upon checking the user's forms/account, I could not find any offending data or violation as per our Terms.

Please note that users across businesses use our forms and I'm afraid that there is no option from stopping users from sending emails.

What you could do is to block emails from such users at your end.

Can we do this via the jot form as when the form requires come through it just says it's from jot form or its says Eric Ericregards samSent from Samsung Mobile on O2
...

These are spam submissions that you are receiving in your form.

You may enable unique question or unique submissions settings to stop the spam submissions.

This way you can stop multiple submissions from same IP or email address or with any other field.

You may also make your forms private and invite the users so that the only whom you are inviting can only submit the form. They needs to create a free JotForm account.
