TRACKING CODE AFTER SUBMISSION FORM

Il codice di monitoraggio di Google della "Pagina di ringraziamento" è corretto e funziona.

Il punto è che, prima di raggiungere quella pagina, l'utente lascia il sito e passa attraverso una pagina Jotform (apparentemente questo è un reindirizzamento perché l'utente non lo vede).

Pertanto, Google Analytics considera "submit.jotformeu.com" come la fonte di tutte le conversioni invece della fonte effettiva (vedi allegato).

Domande:

1. È possibile impedire al form di eseguire quel reindirizzamento, cioè far sembrare che l'utente non abbandoni mai il sito?
2. Potrebbe essere questa la soluzione al mio problema? https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2795830?hl=it

The google tracking code of the "Thank You Page" is correct and working.

The point is, before reaching that page, the user leaves the site and goes through a Jotform page (apparently this is a redirect because the user doesn't see it).

Therefore, Google Analytics considers "submit.jotformeu.com" as the source of all conversions instead of the actual source (see attachment).

Questions:

1. Is it possible to prevent the form from performing that redirection, that is, to make it appear that the user never leaves the site?

You need to set up JotForm domains to be included in your google analytics referral exclusion lists - https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2795830?hl=en

Here are some domains used that you can add:

submit.jotform.com

submit.jotformpro.com

submit.jotform.us

submit.jotform.co

submit.jotform.me

submit.jotformeu.com
