I have another question. When selecting radio buttons it appears in the PDF form like a circle. I want to replace it with a mark (correct), is that possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the radio button with a check mark in the PDF. You could only have these 3 options in the PDF:

Let me escalate your requirement to use check mark inside the radio button on the original PDF instead of a circle.
