    Hi,

    You can show/hide multiple fields based on a previous condition by using the "form collapse" tool in order to group more than 1 field in different sections. Then by using conditions  can  control which section show/hide based on a previous option choosen by the user.

    Check this example I made based on this user guide

    http://form.jotform.co/form/32814030895858

    I separated each section with form collapse tool, example(option 1, the same for the rest of the options):

    option 1 Open ---->form collapse

    field 1

    field 2

    field 3

    option 1 close ------>form collapse

    Conditions:

    Feel free to clone this form http://form.jotform.co/form/32814030895858  in order to make further investigations about how it works

    Hope it helps
