Billing, need to update credit card for past purchases

    We've received a notification from you about owing you 390 and I did go in and update our credit card, as it has been, it's always been taken out of our card on this site, but that has not happened this time and I need to know how to remedy this. Please call me at 717-805-0990. Thanks.

    I also want to change our login information. jonismyr is no longer working for me and I would like to take her name off this form to sign in. It said I had to contact you to do that.

    I can see that you already re-upgraded to a Bronze yearly subscription. Let us know if you still need further assistance with it.

    Regarding the change username request, we can do that for you. Just provide 3 usernames in order of preference, and we'll be using the first available one.

    Spaces and special characters are not allowed, but you can use an underscore.

    Also, please note that if you are using custom URLs for your forms, it will no longer work once the username is changed. You need to create new custom URLs with your new username. You can check this guide: How to Create a Custom URL of a Form
