Google Drive Syncing Issue

    Not all submissions sync to google drive. Some submissions missing.

    How can I solve this problem ?

    Hi @caricatureproduct,

    Thank you for reaching us. I have cloned your form and tested it on my end. For your information, nothing has been changed in your original form.

    As you can see in the screencast below; my Google Drive account is integrated into my cloned form as well. I have filled out the form and upload an image, then submitted the form. Seconds after the PDF file of the form and the uploaded image was in my Google Drive. So, I couldn't replicate your issue. Please see the second screencast.

    Could you kindly try disconnecting the Google Drive integration and rebuild it?

    I rebuild google drive section but it's still continue..

    I also cloned your form and integrated it with Google Drive. I then made a test submission and saw all files sent to it:

    The only thing I noticed is that only one photo gets added to the PDF document. So if that's the issue, please try deleting the existing PDF document in the PDF Editor and create a new one:

    Make another test after that and see if it makes any difference.

    Yes my friend that's the issue because creating this form take too much
    time :( I cloned this from another one.. Don't I have any other solution ?

    Hi there,

    Possibly, such issues occur when there is an issue with the API or any connection issues.

    Can you please integrate it with a different Google account, clear out your form cache and browser cache then try again.

    If it still persists or you notice any further issues with the integration, please let us know and provide us with screenshots so that we can investigate it further.
