Form Creation

I am needing help getting my forms uploaded to begin using this. I have submitted one form but I can't get the rest to upload. I would like for them to all be in one link for easy access on the website.

If I understood correctly, you would like to have all of your forms combined under one link?

If that is correct, this is unfortunately not possible as the forms are all separate entities.
