Uploaded documents not transferring to Google Drive.

    Hello,

I am in the process of making a form labeled "agreement" that has multiple uploading sections. I have integrated it with Google drive because I want all of the uploaded files to dump into folders on my drive. The files that I upload into this document are, for the most part, not making it onto my drive. Most of the time there is nothing in the folder and sometimes there are 2 out of the 4 documents. I have done this same thing with the legacy forms and have not had any issues like this. I have reviewed all of the settings and re-integrated google drive with no success in fixing this issue.

    Thanks you.

May I know if the new integration was working before or is this the first time you've encountered this? I'm not sure if it's related, but last December 14, all google products were down so that probably has broken all existing integration.

Can you please try reintegrating and see if it works? Looking forward for your response.

By the way, I've tried it on my end, but I'm unable to replicate the issue.

Let me know if reintegrating helps.

I have reintegrated multiple times. This is the first time I have used the new version. It works on the legacy form I have so I do not think it is Google. Also, It isn't consist. Sometimes zero are in the folder and sometimes two are in there. I am uploading the same documents.

I have also rebuilt that section of the form to see if that would help with no success.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have integrated your form correctly with Google Drive and the uploaded file should be sent to Google Drive folder without any problem.

I have cleared your form cache from here and sent a test submission. Please check your integrated Google Drive folder and see if the files were uploaded successfully or not.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

I re-integrated again. Reintegration does not work as I have explained previously. My employees are having the same issue. I have looked at other threads and there are multiple with the same issue. I noticed that the information not making it through is medical related. where is the button below? I do not see it.

    Hello @Airborne05,

Please note that the PHI button that you are referring to is only available for accounts that have HIPAA compliance enabled. Your account does not currently have HIPAA enabled for your forms, therefore, you will not see the PHI button for your Google Drive integration.

However, for testing purposes, I made a submission on your form and I uploaded files in each of the upload fields that were displayed. Can you kindly check your Google integration to see if the 4 uploads that I made have been correctly sent to your Drive?

Also, please note that the File Upload fields you have on your form are not set as "required" which means that anyone can just skip them. If no files are uploaded to your form, then no files will be sent to your Drive.

Alternatively, you may be interested in using the JotForm Google Drive app instead of the integration. This App will allow you to get all of JotForms functionality directly from your Drive account and all submissions and uploads will automatically be saved to your sheets & drive. I am not sure why HIPAA isn't enabled. I have a BAA with you guys already and the silver plan which includes HIPAA compliance. Is there something else I need to do?

I checked and your forms are in there, but it still is not working for me or my employees. None of your documents have medical information. The forms that are not working/uploading for me have medical information on them. That is why I was wondering if it had something to do with that HIPAA button as BJoanna suggested in the screenshot above because the person in that thread I got that from was having similar issues.

"Also, please note that the File Upload fields you have on your form are not set as "required" which means that anyone can just skip them. If no files are uploaded to your form, then no files will be sent to your Drive." Only me and my employees are testing this form so I know that they are being uploaded to the form.

I guess I will try this other feature to see if it works better for us. Is this chrome extension covered under the BAA?

I am not sure why HIPAA isn't enabled. I have a BAA with you guys already and the silver plan which includes HIPAA compliance. Is there something else I need to do? — May I know what happens if you enable it again? Can you please go through the same process (Enable HIPAA) and see what happens.

Is this chrome extension covered under the BAA? — It maybe under section 4 of our sample BAA, but it's using a technical term so I'm not sure if it's fully covered.

Your account is not HIPAA so I don't think it will apply with your account.

As for the issue, have you tried creating a new form and integrating that with your Google Drive? Can you please tell us if you are able to send a data on that new form?

    Looking forward for your response.
