update jotform, can't find it on my forms page

    Hi I did this jotform but can't find how to update it. ie wouldvlike to update page 8 to say 2021

    Hi,

    I can't find this form in my forms file.

    So editing doesn't work.

    Are you able to update this? ie update page 8 to say from 2020 to 2021
