Can I Add My Own PDF to connect with a Jotform that I've already created?

Hi,

I see where I can upload a PDF and build a form online to match it and fill-in answers. But is there any possible way I can upload a PDF into an online form that has already been created? And select where the answers go?

I'm struggling because sometimes I need to edit my PDFs but don't want to have to re-upload and create a whole new JotForm every single time.

If you'd like to simply update the an already existing Smart PDF Form, you can do it like so:

However, it's currently not possible to link an existing form that is not a Smart PDF form to an existing PDF. You would need to import a PDF into a Smart PDF form.

However, if you want to create a PDF Document for a particular form, you certainly can using our PDF Editor to turn form responses into designed PDFs
