    After adding an auto-responder, I am no longer receiving my notification email

    I had a notification email set up, and was receiving them with no problem. When I added an auto-responder, so the person submitting the form would get a copy, too, they get an email with the details, but the form is no longer coming to my inbox. When I run a test email, it works fine, but when I submit a form, it only goes through on the auto-responder and still won't come as a notification. What can I do?

    Hello, I tried to recreate the same sequence you mentioned but unfortunately I could replicate the problem. After it went to my inbox on the first time and it went to my inbox the second time after adding an auto-responder.

    I also did check on your forms concerning notificationa dn autoresponder settings and everything are properly set and it should work with no problems.

    I cleared your form caches from our end and please see if it fixes the problem. I advise to clear your browser caches as well.

    As a possible solution you may want to include our email addresses and add it to your contact lists on both the Web version and your desktop email clients as well.

    Please include the following email addresses to your contact list:

    Noreply@JotForm.com
    Noreply@FormResponse.com

    You can also white list our mailservers to prevent email problems

    Alternatively, you may want to check your spam folder and see if it was caught on there. Be advised that if you are using a Gmail or Google Mail account, sometimes that an email that has triggered their spam filters could sometimes get lost and never reach your the spam folder. It applies as well on Yahoo emails and other email providers.

    What I can advise for future purposes that if you saw JotForm emails going into your Spam Folders, never leave them there and immediately mark them as "Not Spam". Too many JotForm emails going into your spam mail will eventually make future emails from us not possible because Spam filters can learn your habits.
