Form links showing blank page

    Hi, we've had several reports of form links opening to a blank page. This link was one of them: https://form.jotform.com/202257890784061

    After a period of time, the links start working again, but they show a blank page long enough that clients are complaining.

    Can you tell me what is happening?

    I'm seeing the fields in your form when I visit the link. Did they tell you how the blank page occurs? Like for instance, the click the link from email etc.. or maybe the form link is embedded in a site?

    I was just wondering if they provided you the replication steps. Since I'm unable to replicate it, the issue might be a temporary or it could be caching problem. You can try clearing your form cache in the future in case this happens again.
