    Hello @hurryhurry,

You can use Input Mask to make the first part of your link only-read. In this way, users can fill their number after your link. And you can pass this modified link to Thank You Page, so users can see their link after they submit the form.

    Here is a step-by-step guide:

    1. Select the Short Text input you want to apply an input mask and go to the Options tab from Properties.1608274715_5fdc531bc864d_
    2. Toggle the Input Mask on. Enter the link that will be only-read add # to indicate a required number input.1608276288_5fdc59404cc4f_
    3. To pass this link to the thank you page, go to the Advanced tab and find the unique name of the field.1608276325_5fdc59651b8d2_
    4. Go to Settings and select Thank You Page from left1608275931_5fdc57dbc98c1_
    5. Click the insert link button.1608276004_5fdc5824064b4_
    6. Enter the unique name you obtained earlier between curly braces.1608276083_5fdc58737be92_

You may add a question in the form to ask for the number of digits they have for their number

and depending on the answer, you can create two fields with each different input mask with 10 and 11 digit phone numbers.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
