Form Logistical Issue - How to redistribute the completed form back to Players

I have it set up now that the coaches fill in the form and it sends it back to me as the director that will approve, compile and ultimately forward the forms back out to the players/families. Now the completed form comes to my email so if I fwd it - the player/family can only view it in an email body but not download or print it out properly. Ultimately I want the coaches to fill in the forms, email them back to me - then I send them to the players/families for review. How can the player/families download and print out in original form?
