How to make a dropdown field appear if user choose the answer "yes"?

    Hello,

    I'm creating a consult form and I would like a mandatory drop down field to appear if the client answers "yes" to something that will require more information. How do I do this?

    Hi g.mcevenue, thank you for reaching us.

    You may achieve it by first changing "Have you ever had any Surgery before?" field into a Single Choice field.

    After that, please kindly add a Dropdown field with your question and options.

    Then, you may add a Conditional Logic from Settings > Conditions > Show/Hide Field. You may add the following conditions:
