How do I hide non-applicable/non-mandatory items from displaying in the final submitted form?

    Thank you for reaching us!

    As I understand, you want to hide empty fields in a final form.


    It is simple, just follow these steps:


    1. Simply click on Settings.

    2. Click on Conditions.

    3. Then click on +Add a new condition.

    You need to choose Show /Hide Field.

    There you have to fill condition:

    For example:

    IF 13. Door Model

    STATE Is Empty

    DO Hide

    FIELD 13. Door Model

    Don't forget about SAVE button. ;)

    After that - simply repeat the same condition for the other options and fields.
