Account suspended: Unable to log into account

    Hi, I'm unable to log into our account again. This has happened repeatedly, maybe 4 times or so due to the automated phishing setting. Each time you're able to reactive the account, but I was wondering if you can help find the actual cause? There was mention of a word in the form that might trigger the auto suspension. Can you help me figure out what it is so I can adjust the form? The form I've been setting up and testing is an order form where our students send us the items they need us to purchase (vendor, links, quantity, prices, etc.) Thanks!

    It seems that your account has been suspended once more.

    Our reviewers confirmed before that your forms are clear, so it might be that some word on the form is mistakenly triggering to suspend your account.

    Your forms whitelisted by my collegues before. So, I activated your account again. Please try using the forms.
