Leaving my company, need to transfer my account

    Hi there, I am leaving my company and can no longer have my email address associated with this JotForm account. Ideally, the team would like our team distro email transactions.pa@compass.com to be the owner of the account - can you assist me with this?

    I have done this - it will not allow me to remove my email.

    Hello,

    After checking the email I can confirm that is already registered in a free Jotform account, the recommendation is to change the email on that account first, then in your transactions.pa account.
