Account Suspended

    We reached out to you two days ago about this issue and have not heard back from you at this time. As we are running a masterclass series and using your product to collect the information we need from our speakers - time is of the essence.

    Our forms DO NOT collect any of the information listed in your reasons for suspending our account - (your fine print at the bottom of the suspended notification page - If a form’s purpose is to deceptively obtain sensitive personal information, such as credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, and driver’s license numbers, that form will be disabled. This activity is phishing, and any account engaging in such activity will be suspended immediately.).

    Can you please reactive the account and give a through explanation as to why we were not notified first before this account was shut down?

    As a paying customer, I can tell you that I'm not very happy with the way this is being handled at this time.
