I have enclosed the paypal form on the prices and booking page below is the link as i have tested it and appears not working.Page URL:

I checked on the submissions for the form that you referenced above and I am seeing where there is currently 9 incomplete payments. This is why it would appear that your paypal form is not working as incomplete payments will not be counted as a submission and you will not receive a notification via email unless you enable it. Please review this guide for more information on incomplete payments and how to view them.
If you would like to receive email notifications for incomplete payments you can do this by selecting the gear icon on your payment field on your form. Then select Show Properties and change the Pending Payment E-mail to YES.
