First Name / Last Name fields at Airtable to map in the form

My airtable has fields for First Name and Last Name. Jotform has a Name field that combines, and so I can't associate to the correct fields. What am I doing wrong?

By default, Airtable has a Name field (single text column). You can use it to map the Name field at JotForm.

If you're using a custom text column at Airtable for your Name (First Name and Last Name), I suggest you do the same for your form at JotForm by adding two Short Text fields for First Name and Last Name. Example:
