Email Notifications - Not Received

    I'm still not getting emails when someone submits a form.  It's working for my Custom Piano Trax form, but not my Custom Notation.  Help?

    Hello, 

    Checking on the forms. I do see that the form 

    Custom Notation has email order@auditiontrax.com on the recipient Email Adress. 

    And on Custom Piano Trax the email is set to orders@auditiontrax.com on the recipient Email Adress. 

    I've gone ahead and left both on orders@auditiontrax.com

     

    Kindly perform a submission on your form at this time and let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.
