Hi all -
I recently upgraded from the free verison because this site is great.
The upgrade has nothing to do with my issue, I have been working on this form for ever and cannot seem to resolve it.
All my other forms are working ok.
When this page is loaded, and if you choose "I agree to the medical and liability release" in the Medical and Liability Agree Release field, it makes my 2 sets of submission buttons appear.
Now, if you click anywhere in the "Payment Option" field, and not actully chose a payment option, then only one set of submission buttons appear.
I have 2 submission button fields because if user wants to pay by check, then the "Submit" button appears, if paying by credit card, then the "Continue" button appears.
All other forms work fine.
Hello, from my understanding you are trying to make the second pair buttons hide when the medical al liability option is selected. From what I understand you are getting different submit buttons for each payment option. If you look at my site, the second set of buttons are NOT shown on any other form other the camp form. If you click on the medical and liability field YES, then the buttons appear. Once you click anywhere in the Payment options Field, not a choice, but a in the field, the second set of buttons disappers, so this is soemthing wrong in that field.
I used that tutorial to setup the buttons, when one or the other is checked. So that does not help me, sorry!
Check your form now. I just removed the two HIDE action on your "I do not agree to these terms." conditions. This conflicts with the other conditions of your submit buttons. There's no need for these conditions I think.

Thanks for looking into the issue - however now I have more issues with the forms and the double buttons..
First - On any of the registration forms, if a user selects payment by check first, then chooses to agree to the medical and liability form, then the double buttons appear.
Second - On the camp form, when someone agrees to the medical and liability form, the payment address for the check appears - it should only appear after the payment by check is selected.
I have checked your form and also cloned it in order to work with it and try to get it fix. I will dedicate time to this form trying to accomplishi what you need, I'm not sure if you what you need is possible to accomplish however I will do my best. I'll followed the descriptions you gave, however if there is something else we need to know about the way your form must work, please let us know, that will help us.
