Problem with embeding...Asked by Claudio on October 10, 2013 at 04:03 AM
I have the same Problem, that I had yesterday. When I create or use a Form and want to embed it into my Xara Designer Pro x 9, appears just a part of that form. The rest is gone... I tried everything to increase but in fact, I only see small parts of it. I always use the iframe mode... Just look at my screenshot:
Form ID: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/32821935328356
P.S: This time I used a preset Form with that blue envelope... how can I edit the email so that I get the mails...?
Have yo tried using iframe code without its script code? Try it with the following.
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/32821935328356" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:585px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
You can also use the form source code. Just copy the provided source code on the box.
Changing email recipient is pretty easy, here's how: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications
Let us know if you still have difficulties on embedding your form. Thanks!
Unfortunately embeding works fine now, but I still have problems with the email settings.. If I sent a mail the Form tells me "Your submission has been sent" but I dont get anything. Unfortunately I cant upload another screenshot here :(
Okay sending works :D:D:D was my fault, but what do I have to do, that I get a message on my email and the sender gets an answer to HIS email :)
That's great to hear! I was about to post my reply. :)
Regarding on your last question, use autoresponder: Creating a Form Autoresponder, so when the user enter his email address on your form and submit it, he will received an autoresponder message.
