The emailed .pdf of our form is missing information

    As my clients are submitting their form, I am getting emails containing their .pdf, but it is missing information like their submitted insurance information/card, signatures, and more. Can you please help me?

    Thank you for reaching support,

    Due to HIPAA restrictions, we are unable to view submissions, however, upon checking the forms, some fields are unrequited therefore users may skip them and will render no input upon submission.

    You may set the missing information as required in your builder and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Also, you may delete the attached PDF document and create a new one.

    I will also clear your form cache.
