    Dear JotForm,

While testing the form, one of my user end up with the following issue:1608399210 5fde396a5de6c Screenshot 10

I personally do not have this issue. I guess this is coming form her computer set-up. What would you advise please?

    Many thanks.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I could not test your form because it requires "Spreadsheet to form" widget validation. I did clone your form and did not find any issue with that, it seems to work as expected.

Please let us know which browser and version your user is using, and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Dear Ashwin,

The user is using Firefox but it seems that the user did not pay attention to a pop up window seeking permission to run Adobe Flash. After discussion the person was able to give permission to Adobe Flash plug-in to run. A bit of a disagreement but not sure you can a lot about that?

    Best regards.

I am glad to know that you figured out the issue yourself. Please note that these are browser based security where unless permission is allowed by the user, the browser will not be able to access the camera.

    Hope this helps.
