HIPAA account: why am I not able to see the store data only Europe option?

    To store the data in Europe, you can find the option in Settings > Data (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data)

    I am not in Europe and this option does not appear on my menu, please

    I can see your account drpaulwaraichinc is HIPAA compliant. You can't see this option because HIPAA servers are US-based, so you cannot enable HIPAA and GDPR at the same time. It's either you enable HIPAA-compliance or use the GDPR-compliance. The two are mutually exclusive at the moment
