Account Suspended?

    Hi it would appear that my account has been suspended. I'm not sure why. Can someone help me with this please?

    Your account got suspended because your form is collecting credit card information using basic form fields. Please check our terms of use for more information: https://www.jotform.com/terms/

    We need to remove the guilty fields before we can activate the account. Let us know if that is okay with you.

    Yea, I realized that after I saw it was suspended. Honestly, I'm just
    trying to collect gym membership information easily and I had no nefarious
    intentions. Sorry about that. Sure, go ahead and remove the offending
    fields.

    I have deleted the offending fields and reactivate your account. You should be able to reaccess your account now.

    Please, add a payment integration to your Product List, as shown below. This way, you will be able to sell subscriptions securely.
