    Mailform problem :-(

Asked by Jeppe on October 10, 2013 at 07:16 AM

    Hi there

I have a major problem on my website, where Jotform is used.

Link to the form: http://jeppe-k.dk/jeppe.html (bottom of page)

Once the form is filled out everything seems to be working, and the "Thank You page" also appears.

The problem is, that I do not receive the mail...

I really hope you can help me with this one, so I can receive mails from my website.

Hopes and greetings from Jeppe Klausen

You've changed the Action URL of the source codes of the form. That is not advisable - your form won't work without this settings. Please kindly re-embed your form to fix that. We recommend iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code.

    Hi there
Thanks a lot for your reply :-)
Is it possible to edit in my code, instead of making the mailform from fresh?
What has to be in the code instead of http://jeppe-k.dk/tak.html?
Hope you can help me out ;-)

From your web page, I don't see any special or custom CSS that the form uses outside or any CSS that are influencing JotForm. You can re-embed the form with no problems.

Please look at this guide on how to embed your form to a webpage.

If should in case you encounter any problems to this, please do not hesitate to reach us. Thank you
