Hi team.
Our form 'dealer order form' has a field named Dhc73 which data we need populated in the Gsheet. What could.be the reason that it's not showing?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I've cloned your form, but can't seem to find the field labeled "Dhc73".
Can you send us screenshots of the field you're referring to?
Also, try redoing the integration, see if the issue persists.
Should you have any further inquiries, we will be more than happy to help.

Thanks for explaining it on the video, we appreciate it. I cloned your form and integrate it with Google Spreadsheet without making any modification in the form and it's working fine. The shipping value is passed into the integrated spreadsheet.
Here's my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/203556537237964
Sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/184wkB1ouRGDux4KAnSMO0DhPfJw4EAVB0gZLxaRpT5E/edit?usp=sharing
Feel free to test my cloned form by submitting it then check the sheet.
I suggest you re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet, this would probably fix it.
Aside from that, the reason why the shipping value isn't shown on the preview page is that it is listed as a field to be hidden on the preview. You can check this in the widget settings.
