How do I get all the items selected in dropdown list to appear correctly in the PDF form?

When I select more than one item in my dropdown list, the first item selected appears in the correct place in my previewed/printed PDF. The other items appear in random places on the PDF form.

In this screenshot, "Bingo" and "Brochure in the Mail" appear in the correct positions. However, "Bowling", "Bingo", "Club Member", "Club Activity", "Pittsburg Senior Center" are in the wrong places. They should be listed under Bingo and Brochure in the Mail.

To clarify, do you want to select multiple items in your dropdown option?

Please note that the dropdown field can only select a single item in the Smart PDF form.

Thanks for responding. I figured it out. I was trying to print out the multiple items I selected in the drop down list. I was able to select the items. However, I made the box that would receive the data to the PDF file too large. I resized it to one line and that fixed it.
