    Hello again,

I am beginning to understand how to use JotForm and it is quite good!
On "Sender's Email" , I would like to let user select between using the default "no-reply@domani.com" address as as "SENT From" or if they select "Use my own email for Sender",let them enter it themselves.

So in effect ,the Senders Email will either be from the default or the user's own email.
How may I do that please?

    Thank you in advance.

    Mike

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to let the user select which email address they want to use as sender email in email alert.

Please note that when you build the form, you can select "noreply@jotform.com" as the sender email, or you can use your own email address as sender email.

One possibility is that if you have a Mandrill account, you can set the user's email address as "Form Email" in email alert. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/240-set-the-sender-email-address-with-mandrill-account

    Hope this helps.

Thank you ashwin_d. My goal was to let the user decide whether they want to use my -no-reply email as the sender ( one way ) or use their email so that the recipient can respond.

Please note that when you build the form, you can select "noreply@jotform.com" as the sender email, or you can use your own email address as sender email.

Could there be a radio button that let's them decide
    • Default - no-reply

    OR

    •Enter your username?

    SO Radio button select
    Condition

If 1 use this email address

If 2 use the form box they filled in for an email?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

This line is asking if you, reddittikihut would like to send the email as noreply@jotform.com or as reddittikihut@example.com.

The user cannot interact with that setting, it is linked to your account only.
