Editing autoresponder and notification emails layout

    In the auto responder email sent and notification email received, all fields are included instead of just items ordered. How can I change this so that apart from the required entries with the red asterisk, only the order is listed instead of every single thing in the form including blank entries?

    Hello, for hiding blank or empty fields please do the following below.


    From the "Form Editor":

    1. Click "Setup & Embed"

    2. Click "Preferences"

    3. Navigate to "Advanced Settings"

    4. Make sure that "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" is set to "Enabled"


    Now to remove unnecessary input or user inputs that you don't want to show on your email, please follow the steps below:


    From the "Form Editor":

    1. Click "Setup and & Embed"

    2. Click "Email Alerts"

    3. Choose the Notification or Auto-Responder template that you want to customize.

    4. From the "Compose Email" window. You may highlight the row or items that you do not want to show by using the mouse and deleting them.
