PayPal Business Integration: Order ID is Missing error

    i set up my jot form

    but when I try to run my credit card thru to test it, it comes up with

    PAYMENT_ERROR

    OrderID is missing

    how to fix?

    The "Order ID is Missing" error happens when you submit a form integrated with PayPal but the integration was not set up properly. However, I checked your form and it appears that you have already connected your PayPal account in the integration settings.

    Are you having the same issue even with the PayPal Business payment field in your form connected with your PayPal account? If so, may I suggest that you try reconnecting your PayPal Business account again in the integration settings after you switch the Mode of the integration from Live Mode to Test Mode and then Live Mode again, please?

    I think I figured out the problem but I need your health I have an account actually have two accounts with you one isdenise@hairextensionsbydenise.com
    That needs to be changed to info@hairextensionstranding.com
    The problem is is I already have an account that says hair extension stranding.com that needs to be deleted can you do that

    Ok fixed the email situation
    It is now info@hairextensionstranding.com
    So it can attach to my PayPal at same addre
    I made a product catagory too
    I unattached and reattached PayPal and still not working I still get same error code
