I cannot login to my account, and you billed me at my email address above but your system does not recognize my request using the same address

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account username is "bdco". You can use your account username or the email address mysoftware@congregationofchurches.org to login to your Jotform account. I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
