Loading issues of the form on certain locations (countries)

    Hi Support Team,


    Many of my students find that the embedded jotforms on our LMS platform takes time to load. What could possibly cause the slowness in loading for some students living internationally?

    I'd be looking forward to your feedback and usual prompt response.

    Hello Alix! There shouldn't be any latency issues with the forms. Please share with the any public URLs with the embedded forms; we'll take a look.

    Also let us know from which location are your students facing these issues.

    Hi, thanks for your quick response. This form, placed on my Weebly site,
    gets the most complaints on load time.

    Sometimes, I remove the "I agree to the terms of use" checkbox from the
    bottom of the form and that helps with submissions, but other times people
    tell me that it just doesn't load for them without a VPN...
    I don't have a good record of all the different complaints, but I do
    remember folks in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire experiencing trouble.

    Hello,

    I have tried to reproduce the issue using a VPN pointing to those locations and trying to throttle my internet speed, but I wasn't successful.


    The form does load at a slower pace, but I am able to access it.


    Do you know by any chance if they an error message or something? Or it is just slow?
