Moving plans to a different account

    I created an account for my business today but logged in through my personal google account by mistake. I purchased the Bronze plan but now all the credentials are through my personal account. Can I move my plan to a new account?

    Hi, thank you for contacting Jotform support.

    You can change your account email address from your personal account to your other email address. Please refer to the steps below for your guide:

    1. You can first request a password reset so you can set up a password for your account.
    2. Change your account email address. To do so, you can navigate to email edit > enter a new email address.

    3. Don't forget to save the changes for it to take effect.
