    I thought i follwed all your directions - do i need to do something special to save the document before i leave the site (before it was on auto save every 4 second) now i am not sure. If i start to fill out form the come back all the data i put in the first time is gone.  Can you help me and look and see what step i missed - or what instructions i need to give particpants about saving doc before they leave the site.  thank you

    I am not sure which link to give you - the first introduction - or the real form - this is the actual form link

    Hi,

    you almost got it, it is not working because the session URL provided at the introduction form is incomplete.

    Be sure to add the ?session={emailAddress} at the end of the link when you click on "Insert/Edit link" tool at the thank you page editor also at the email notification

    http://form.jotform.co/form/32653911116853?session={emailAddress}

    You also have to know that this save and continue later workaround using page break, will save the data each time the user clicks on "next" page of the form, if the user didn't completed the current page, the session will be saved until the last page.

    Hope it helps

    please let us know if you need further assistance

    Thanks

However zip. zero, nada... please help -this is not fun anymore.
