Conditional response and complete later

Does Jotform allow if/then type conditional responses? What if the patient completes part of the form but wants to save it and return later?

You can also enable the Save Form and Continue Later feature on the Form Settings page. This will add a Save button to your form. Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
