How to directly go to the thank you page and finish the survey based on selection

HI, I've an issue making the CL work how I want it to.

I'm asking a question with 3 answers. If the first answer is chosen, I want to go directly to the thank you page and finish the survey. Try as I might, I can't work out how to do it.

Please note that form must sill be submitted before you can go the the thank you page.

You may use the show/hide conditions to hide the fields based on condition.

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.

Thanks, but this didn't work for me. I want to skip all the following questions and consider the form completed if the recipient responds in a particular way to one question. I've tried at all the CL options and none allow me to do this. Oh and the option you've suggested, throws up the following error:

Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

Hi julian.holtom, thank you for reaching back to us.

To clarify your meaning of complete, taking your form: 203554325769361 as an example, if the user chooses 'No', would you like them to be directed to Thank You page? If this is the case, unfortunately it is not possible. The user will need to click on submit to be directed to Thank You page.

However, as my colleague suggested, you could 'hide' certain questions so they will only show the submit button when a certain option is selected.

As I mentioned in my last reply when setting the logic to hide the following questions dependent on the answer of the first question, this error appears:

Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

This alert was related to the Form Settings / Unique Submissions feature.

I checked on your form and I noted that Unique Submission feature was already disabled (No Check)

Your form respondents should now be able to submit the same form multiple times.

Kindly check/test on your form again. Please let us know if issue persist.

    Hello,

I am not able to reproduce the issue after duplicating your form on my end.

Also, as sometimes our users have more than one account, could you please confirm that you are talking about the following form: https://www.jotform.com/203554325769361 ?

Should you have any further inquiries, do not hesitate to reply to this thread

    Yes, that's the form.

Answer question 1, with the first option. That's the error, every time!

I've found the issue. If the following is turned on, it returns that error.
Perhaps you should logically only apply this step when the form is published and not being tested from within the editor?

    Unique Submission

Use cookies (loose check) or IP address (strict check) to prevent multiple form submissions.

Yes, when you enable the Unique submission feature with the above options, it will only allow one entry.

It could have been a form cache issue which is now cleared.

Please check and let us know.

I fixed it by turning the feature off!

As a aside, is it possible to format the welcome message? So, add line breaks for example or have certain words in bold?
