Unable to migrate forms to HIPAA compliant forms

    Hello,

    I'm trying to migrate my forms to HIPAA Compliant Forms. I signed the BAA agreement and when I get to the last step on HIPAA Compliance Upgrade Wizard - Form Migration I get the attached error (Something went wrong). What can be the problem here?

    Hi Michael, thank you for reaching back to us.

    I have checked your account and notice you have Encryption option enable on your account. Please kindly turn off the Encryption option from the account page, or by following this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount. Then, please try to migrate to HIPAA compliant form again.
