We host multiple providers on our site. Can we decide who will have access to different forms ?

Hello @Brayer_Ayla
I'm not sure if your demand is for forms' editions access, forms' submissions access or form's data access.
If you need different form edition access levels, an Enterprise account is needed.
JotForm Enterprise: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
If instead you need only to set which users will be able to submit the form, you can use the Form Assignment tool:
For instructions, kindly refer to this documentation:
https://www.jotform.com/features/assign-forms/

If, finally, you need to share form data, please check the following article:

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for your reply.
I don't need different users editing it, I just need different users to be able to view form submission. A given user should be able to view submissions only for a particular form but not all.
Alternatively - we could send form submissions to the appropriate provider via protected PDF - is that available under the hippa compliant forms? -

If you just want to allow users to view submissions, you can share your JotForm Tables, as my colleague mentioned. You can also create and share reports.

You can also attach a PDF document to the Email Notification and send it to the appropriate provider.
