Is the limit for submissions received calculated on a monthly basis?

Are you referring to the number of submissions you can receive or the total amount of forms you can have active?

In regards to both:

1) The 5 form limit is the total limit of active forms you can have at one time in your account.

2) The 100 submissions are monthly, so this count resets at the beginning of each month.

Hello, I reviewed and sorry for not being clear. The 500 total, is there a way to delete submissions to remove the storage amount? If I am reading this correctly, with 100 submissions per month then you will run out of storage in 5 months.

Yes, you can delete the form submissions to create space for new ones. Please understand that this will affect the overall total and not the monthly limit.

I understand; however, I still see the below and I show less than 100 left saved. All others forms were deleted etc. How do I get to the rest so there is only those still saved? For subs themselves, I have 13 out of 100 this month. I see 85 submissions total remaining that I have kept.

Hi there,

It was brought to my attention that you must purge the forms present in your trash folder to reduce the submissions count. The submissions on the deleted forms still count as part of your Total.
